Carriage Charges

UK: we charge £1.00 carriage.

Overseas (everywhere else in the world): All orders £5.00.

Please note: that PAYPAL only allows simple postal charges so we have had to presume most people using it will be Overseas customers, so we have set the charge at $8.00 USD.
If you are a UK customer we can arrange a refund for the difference on request.

All our products are shipped 1st class post in the UK and Airmail Overseas.

We accept payment, by Credit Card, PayPal, NOCHEX Cheque or Postal Orders.

We are charged .99p by NOCHEX to withdraw payment so we pass this on to our customers automatically when they pay by NOCHEX.

Over 12 Million people now use Paypal for payment on the net, although this method of payment is very popular for overseas customer, many UK residents use it as well.

We use a conversion rate of $1.81 to £1.00 we find this is fair to cover the Paypal transaction costs.

We at Bluebell Data try really hard to make sure that all our customers receive the games and products that they want, promptly and in the best of condition. Unfortunately this isn’t always in our control, and mistakes and breakages do happen. Sometimes you might have even ordered the wrong game by mistake, and don’t realise it until you receive it!

If you want to return your goods for exchange, send them back to us within seven days of receipt, in unused, un-opened condition.

Due to copyright reasons we are unable to offer refunds on computer software.

If you are returning goods simply because you have changed your mind, they must be unopened and in perfect condition and returned to us within 7 days to:

As proof of postage cannot be regarded as proof of delivery, therefore we would suggest that you use recorded delivery, registered post or a courier to send items back. On expensive games it might also be a good idea to insure the goods for their full value, as we cannot accept liability for any damage or lost items incurred in the post.
